由同济大学共同发起的全球创业者暑期学校（GESS）将于今夏再次来袭！2025年GESS由来自中国、德国、墨西哥的多所高校通力合作，分别于上海、慕尼黑、克雷塔罗三大城市举办，同济大学为中国上海会场的主办单位。
8月中旬，来自德国、墨西哥等多国的营员将于同济大学齐聚一堂，共同交流学习。现面向在校学生招募本次活动志愿者。

01
参与志愿活动安排 Schedule
参与时间：
2025年6月上旬、7月下旬。
8月9日至15日，为活动具体开展时间，请尽量线下参与。
参与地点：
线上为主，线下为同济大学（四平路校区）、城市漫游打卡点及参访企业。

岗位与职责 Who We Need
联络秘书组（7名）
Secretary and Contact (7 Members)
负责邮件收发，发送确认函、邀请函；整理营员信息，解答营员问题；对接酒店、食堂，负责营员物料准备及营员接待。
Responsible for sending and replying emails, sending confirmation and invitation letters, managing campers‘ information,answering campers' inquiries, contacting with hotels and canteens, and overseeing the preparation of materials and reception.
我们需要你：有良好的英语书面和表达能力，善于协调沟通，有一定文书处理能力。
You are expected to: have good English written and verbal skills, be good at coordinating and communicating, have document processing skills.
活动策划组（7名）
Event Planning (7 Members)
策划执行开幕仪式、破冰派对、城市漫游等活动；承担主持工作和场地安排工作。
Responsible for planning and executing events such as opening ceremony, ice-breaking party, and city tour, as well as taking on hosting duties and arranging venues.
我们需要你：有丰富创意和执行落地能力。有良好的英语书面和表达能力，有主持能力和场控经验是加分项。
You are expected to:possess rich creativity and execution capabilities，have good English written and verbal skills. Having hosting abilities and on-site control experience would be an added bonus.
课程对接组（8名）
Curriculum Support (8 Members）
负责对接评委、老师、参访企业；负责营内签到，担任助教工作；与营员同游，负责拍摄、采访和新闻稿撰写。
Responsible for contacting judges, tutors and companies; in charge of attendance registration and teaching assistant; travel with campers, shoot and conduct interviews; write daily news releases
我们需要你：工作细致，沟通高效。有良好的英语书面和表达能力。有摄影基础和采访经验是加分项。
You are expected to:be patient and careful, efficient in communication. Having good English written and verbal skills, photography skill and interview experience would be an added bonus.
设计宣传组 （6名）
Design and Publicity (6 Members)
负责完成视觉设计并对接供应商；负责视频方案制作，微信公众号等新媒体编辑。
Responsible for coordinating with design and production suppliers to complete visual design; in charge of video design and media editing such as WeChat official account.
我们需要你：有良好的视觉审美和设计能力，熟悉新媒体操作。
You are expected to:
Have a good visual aesthetic and design ability, be familiar with the operation of new media.
